- Furry Falls pets are lovable plush pets that each come with a unique code that lets you enter Furry Falls and play with a virtual version of your pet.
- What are all the cool things I can do in Furry Falls?
- There are tons of amazing activities for you and your new friend! First, you adopt your pet and register it at Furry Falls. Then you can play games to collect Falls Bucks, download wallpapers, backgrounds and colouring pages. You can also enter monthly draws to win cool prizes. The best part is that we add things to Furry Falls frequently, so it's always getting bigger and better.
- How do I find out more about Furry Falls?
- The best way to discover Furry Falls is to click on "Guided Tour" in the Help section. You can also click on the 'help' button. We're available to help you anytime if you Contact Us as well.
- Furry Falls sounds awesome - how do I sign up?
- Access to Furry Falls comes with the purchase of a Furry Falls plush pet, which you can purchase at Table Rock retail store in Niagara Falls.
- Can I join Furry Falls for free?
- No, unfortunately, you must first buy a Furry Falls pet, which gives you access to our site. You may purchase a Furry Falls pet at Table Rock retail stores in Niagara Falls, Canada.
- I just bought a Furry Falls pet - how do I register?
- On the welcome page, click on 'Enter a Code'. This will bring you to the registration page. You will need the secret code attached to your plush Furry Falls pet in order to register. Once you fill out and submit the registration form, you will receive an activation code through your email. The activation email will be sent instantly. To make sure it arrives, add friends@furryfalls.com to your safe senders list or else it could end up in your spam/junk folder. You'll need this code to complete your registration. Copy and paste the activation, or click the activation link from your email. Now your registration is complete and you're ready to play!
- My registration won't go through.
- You are only allowed to use one unique email address for each account, so be sure that you haven't used your email address to sign up already. You cannot have separate accounts with the same email address. If you want to add multiple pets to the same account, you can do this from inside the "My Pets" page after you are registered and logged in with your first pet. Also, be sure to add friends@furryfalls.com to your safe senders list, or else your activation email could end up in your spam/junk folder. If you're still having trouble, feel free to contact us. - OK, I'm registered. How do I get back on the site later?
- The next time you visit us, just click on "Log In" and enter your secret access code from your Furry Falls plush pet and enter the password you chose when you first registered.
- What version of Adobe Flash Player will I need to be able to play the games at Furry Falls?
- You will need to have installed Flash version 9.0.124 in order to enjoy our games. If you do not already have this version installed, you can download it for free now.
- How many Furry Falls pets are there?
- There are 12 characters in all including Chip the Beaver, Al the Polar Bear, Wally the Woolly Mammoth, Beth the Owl, and Blossom the Butterfly. Many of the characters also come as juniors, including the Misty Bears!
- Where do I buy new Furry Falls pets?
- Table Rocks retail stores in Niagara Falls, Canada.
- Can I machine wash my pet?
- No, your Furry Falls plush pet should not be washed in a washing machine. If they are looking a little scruffy, and a bit of a wash seems like a good idea, please wipe it with a damp cloth with a little (a little!) bit of baby shampoo. Next, wipe it again with a damp cloth, this time with no soap.
- How did you come up with Furry Falls?
- Furry Falls is an extension of the fun and excitement at Canada's Niagara Falls - a place where fun, education and family come together to experience one of the greatest wonders of the world.
- What are Falls Bucks?
- Falls Bucks are the currency at Furry Falls. You can use Falls Bucks to buy food, accessories and other cool perks for your pet.
- How can I earn Falls Bucks?
- You can earn Falls Bucks by playing our games and submitting your final scores. Please keep in mind you will not actually earn any money until you submit a score.
While you may play as much as you'd like, you may only submit your score 5 times per day, per game to go towards Furry Bucks - except for Bingo, in which case you may only submit one score per day to earn money.
- How can I add things to my knapsack?
- You may add clothing, food and accessories to your knapsack by visiting the shop and purchasing the desired objects. Items in your knapsack can be transferred between pets and you can view and make adjustments to your knapsack content by visiting your 'My Pets' section.
- How many Furry Falls pets can I adopt?
- There's no limit to the number of friends you can bring home! Visit our Adopt-A-Pet section to learn more about how to adopt another pet.
- I just bought another Furry Falls pet - can I add it to my existing account?
- Yes you can! Log in to your existing furry falls account. Click on 'My Pets' at the top right hand corner of the page. You will see the 'Adopt a New Pet section under 'My Pets', which is where you can enter in your new Furry Friend' secret code, as well as your new pets' name. After you click on 'Submit', your new Furry Falls pet will appear under the 'My Pets' section.
- How do I win a trophy?
- Winning a trophy is as easy as playing our games - and playing your best! We'll award you trophies based on your overall performance. Watch for other ways to win trophies at Furry Falls too. The options are endless! You can view your trophies by visiting your 'My Pets' page.
